A registered agent for your business, $129 a year.

Find your business and name NUCO Filings Corp., our registered agent partner, as its agent when you file its annual report. NUCO is registered as an agent in every state. We receive the state’s mail and any legal papers for it, and send them to you the day they arrive.

From Alaska’s records as of October 13, 2026

The terms, in plain words

Said before you choose it, and again on the filing beside the choice.

  • It costs $129 a year, charged with the annual report the first time. That is Alaska’s price; the filing shows your state’s.
  • It renews once a year.
  • We email you 30 days before it renews.
  • You can cancel any time from your account.
What does a registered agent do?

Every business registered with a state has to name one: a person or company with an address in that state, open in business hours, to receive legal papers (a lawsuit, a subpoena) and official mail from the state. We do that and send each item on to you the day it arrives.

How do I switch to Express Filings?

Find your business above and choose “Use NUCO Filings Corp. as my agent” when you file its annual report. The report names NUCO Filings Corp., our registered agent partner, as the agent from then on.

How does renewal work?

It is $129 a year. It renews once a year. We email you 30 days before it does, and you can cancel any time from your account.

Is Express Filings the state?

No. Express Filings is a private filing service, not a government agency. Anyone may act as their own business’s registered agent if they have an address in the state and are there in business hours.
